UDK Pirates Challenge is heavy under way. In the first 48 hours we had over 30 entries started. As of right now there are 50+ wip threads created. The work is pretty amazing. One of the things I love seeing is how many different variations have been created from the same static mesh assets. It is very inspiring to see this work. Thank you to everyone who has entered. Keep raising the bar at all times.

If you are thinking about entering, there is still time. The deadline is Monday - July 25, 2011 at midnight your time. As of the time this blog post is live, that is one week to enter and create something. Read the rules and enter the challenge.

UDK Pirate Challenge also has prizes for top 5 entires. The prizes are being sponsored by Epic Games®. Check out what the top 5 entries receive if they win.
